Tonight was my first time ever making or having lamb chops. These were pretty good. The marinade seems very versatile and would be good on fish or even chicken. I broiled mine for about 4 mins per side and it was cooked to about medium. I served them with garlic rosemary couscous and a tomato cucumber salad. Overlook the horrible pic!
