Oven Fried chicken

This chicken was so juicy and delicious. It could give “real” fried chicken a run for its money. Heres how I made it.

2 chicken breasts

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

3 tbsp hot sauce

cornflakes, crushed

1 handful parmesan cheese

salt and pepper


Mix together the yogurt and hot sauce. Put in chicken and marinate for about 4 hours. In a shallow dish, mix together cornflakes and cheese. Rub off excess yogurt from chicken and dip each piece into cereal crumbs, pressing down lightly. Drizzle some evoo in bottom of a nonstick baking dish. Arrange chicken on pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake about 35 mins.
