Black and Blue Cobbler

I was craving something sweet but I wanted something that wasnt TERRIBLE for my waistline. I had some extra berries in the fridge so I decided to make a cobbler. The “crust” recipe I used is the recipe I learned from my mom. Its the only one she or I have ever used. It comes out perfect everytime and its very simple to make.

1 pint blackberries

1 pint blueberries

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with cooking spray. Pour both pints of berries into the pan and mix around with your fingertips. In med. bowl, whisk together flour, milk, and sugar. Pour over berries. Bake about 45 mins or until golden brown.
