If you havent noticed by now, I love Rachael Ray. Ive made a ton of her recipes and have always liked them. This is one of my favs. Ive made it atleast 5 times but have always used chicken. I didnt have any chicken in the freezer so I decided to go with shrimp. I also didnt use any peas this time around because I didnt have any on hand and really didnt wanna go to the store.This really is a great alternative to take out.
