I used the same recipe for these that I used for the caramel pecan rolls. The only difference is I made a cream cheese icing for these.
Heres the recipe for the pecan rolls
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk (a little more if u like your icing thinner)
Mix everything together in med. bowl using hand mixer until smooth.
