In the summer time, grilled steak becomes a staple around my house. Using kiwis is such a good way to marinade meat without adding fat to it. The meat becomes incredibly tender after only a short time. I mashed up about 5-6 kiwis with my hands ( you could use a food processor or potato masher too if u wanted) and poured them over 3 NY Strip steaks. Refrigerate and let marinate about 3 hours. Grill!
