Sesame Chicken

I got this recipe from Molly Jeans blog. This meal was simple, quick, and delicious! I served this chicken with some brown rice seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.


3 large chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1/2 cup asian toasted sesame dressing

1/4 tsp each ground ginger, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes

2 tbsp soy sauce

I also added 1/2 cup each of diced carrots, and sliced scallions


Heat about 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. Add chicken and cook through. Add in carrots and scallions and cook about 3 mins. In small bowl, mix together dressing, soy, ginger, garlic poweder, and red pepper flakes. Pour into skillet with chicken and veggies and heat through, about 2 mins.
