Corn Bread

This is the cornbread that I grew up eating. Very simple and very tasty.

2 cups flour

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup water -give or take a little  until it is about the consistency of thick pancake batter

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray small cast iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine flour, cornmeal, and water just until combined. Pour into skillet and bake 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
